Our shipping and packaging is co-managed by an independent third party whom checks over each and every item and compares it against it's product description before mailing. All items are well packaged and extra images of products are taken before item dispatch. This helps ensure excellent quality and authenticity for all items we ship! It is under the discretion of the buyer to purchase any necessary or additional insurance to cover the expense of any item may become damaged during transit. This is not required and is completely under the discretion of the buyer. If the product is damaged in any way during transit and sufficient insurance is purchased, we will replace any item that is shipped with an identical item (if available), or issue a full refund to the buyer.
If a product is damaged/altered/stretched/disfigured/faded/dis-functional (Unless already noted within the product description) at no responsibility of the postal operator, then we will replace any item that is shipped with an identical item (if available), or issue a full refund to the buyer.
If a product does matches the product description and the buyer wishes to return the item, a re-stocking fee will apply. There is a 20% restocking fee and the buyer pays must cover shipping costs in both directions. Buyer should insure item is well packaged before mailing and that it matches the product description when originally received. If the item is damaged/altered/stretched/disfigured/faded/dis-functional in anyway, then no refunds will be given. The buyer must then pay to have the item re-shipped back to them if they require possession.
